The film Love Actually comes to life: An unforgettable experience with a live orchestra in Prague!
Get ready for a magical evening full of romance and great music! The legendary film "Love Actually" will return to the big screen in a unique combination with a live orchestra of over 60 members. You will be able to enjoy this unique experience this December at the Prague Congress Center. Experience the classic story of love, friendship, and the Christmas spirit like never before. The live orchestra will add a new dimension to the film, with every musical moment presented in stunning quality and depth. The romantic comedy Love Actually tells several interconnected stories. The main roles are played by Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Keira Knightley, and Emma Thompson, whose characters meet and whose fates intertwine during the Christmas season. "We are excited to offer such an exceptional event. The combination of a cult film and live music during the pre-Christmas season will create an unforgettable atmosphere that will delight all fans. On Monday and Tuesday, Prague Zoo will scent the Christmas trees. Thematic enrichment will be provided during special guided feedings for more than ten species of animals. For example, for elephants, bison, or porcupines, unsold conifers will be not only a treat but also great fun. Curious kea parrots will explore the trees, and our golden piglets, the African brush-tailed porcupines from the Dja Reserve, will also play with them.
On Friday, February 14, 2025, the Smetana Hall of the Municipal House in Prague will be filled with romantic music. The Prague Pop Symphonics orchestra has prepared a concert titled "Love Story." The program will feature melodies accompanying the greatest love stories that have appeared on the silver screen. The musical experience will be complemented by a light show, visual and stage effects, and dance performances. The event will also offer an unconventional opportunity for socializing.
The main stars of this year's edition are heavyweights of the global drum & bass scene: CAMO & KROOKED & MEFJUS and HEDEX. But that's not all. Fans can look forward to names like A Little Sound, Black Sun Empire, Flava D, Grafix, and Sota. A unique experience will be the back-to-back set of AC13 and Reaper, who will perform together at Let It Roll for the very first time. Special guests for the individual evenings will be Delta Heavy and K Motionz. Supporters of the Czech and Slovak scene will also get their dose of energy, represented at the festival by top local artists.
Prague Zoo today presented this year's most significant offspring at a press conference and also announced the birth of a completely new addition. At the same time, it announced that during the Christmas holidays, from Monday, December 23 to Friday, January 3, the admission fee for all visitors will be only 100 CZK.
