The concert will feature Slovak folk songs, jazz standards, the Roma song "Ederlezi," which the Roma in the Balkans celebrated the arrival of spring, French chanson by the most famous chansonnier Edith Piaf, and original compositions. The program will be very diverse – chamber music, melancholic, but also relaxed and spirited. The concert will take place in the Purkrabství chamber hall. The Amsterdam hotel chain Sir Hotels proudly announces the opening of Sir Prague, the first branch of this brand in the Czech Republic, which will take place on March 17. The hotel is located in the vibrant Prague district of New Town, near the famous Dancing House and the Vltava River. Spread over five floors of a historic building on Náplavní Street, it will offer its future guests accommodation in 76 rooms.

The iQLANDIA Science Center welcomed 495,000 visitors in 2024, representing a year-on-year increase of 2%. The center under Ještěd, where fun intertwines with informal education, also celebrated the 10th anniversary of iQLANDIA's opening and the 20th anniversary of iQPARK. The year was marked by the expansion of exhibits and new educational programs, with an emphasis on current topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, and activities for visitors of all generations.
The 58-year-old German actor of Turkish descent, Erdogan Atalay, known to domestic audiences as the tireless and seemingly immortal Commissioner Semir Gerkhan from the popular series Cobra 11, is heading to Prague. He will present a new Czech comedy Without Underwear, in which he starred, and on Monday, February 3rd, at 4:00 PM, he will meet fans at the Cinema City Chodov during a "Meet and greet" event.
The first Prague farmers' market held outdoors this year, which welcomed customers in mid-January, was Heřmaňák. It is open regularly every Saturday at Řezáčovo Square in Prague 7. On Saturday, February 1, two more will join it – the Náplavka farmers' market in Prague 2 and the Kubáň farmers' market in Prague 10.
