Chinaski released a birthday album 30. They recorded the album in the legendary Rockfield.

The band Chinaski kicked off the celebrations of thirty years on the scene at the end of last year with concerts at Prague's O2 Arena. It was here that fans could exclusively purchase the birthday album 30, which the band recorded last February at the world-famous Rockfield studio. The album is now officially released alongside CD and LP on streaming platforms as well. It contains ten songs from their thirty-year history in a new rendition, three new tracks, and one bonus. The celebrations for 30 years of Chinaski will culminate in large open-air concerts in June. On Saturday, June 7, they will be the first band to perform in Hradec Králové under the legendary "lollipops," where they are set to have the biggest concert in their history. A week later, on Saturday, June 14, they will also present a special birthday show for their Moravian fans in Brno at the Velodrome.

New edition

The birthday album 30 by the band Chinaski was recorded at the beginning of last year in Wales, at the world-famous Rockfield studio, where their self-titled album was created back in 2014. Under the guidance of producer Greg Haver, with whom they had previously worked on the albums Rockfield, Není nám do pláče and Frihet, they recorded a dozen essential songs from their history with a current sound. These include hits: Punčocháče, Moc toho nevim, Měsíc, Rádio Bubeneč, Drobná paralela, Kytarista, Zázrak, Bylo nebylo, Láska a hvězdy, Řítím se do pekla.

In addition, they recorded three completely new tracks for the album. The first of these, the song Slyším tvoje kroky, fans had the opportunity to hear at the end of last year when it was released alongside an impressive music video. This was directed by Václav Marhoul and Jitka Čvančarová, with the camera work by award-winning Vladimír Smutný. The band members played a group of Neanderthals living in a cave. The other two tracks are titled Každý den odvahu and Hymna abstinentů. The album also includes the legendary 1. Signální recorded live at summer concerts in 2024 as a bonus. The album 30 was released on CD, LP, and in a special limited edition LP with numbered and signed author posters designed by frontman Michal Malátný.

Chinaski are now intensively preparing for the June open-air concerts, where they will culminate the celebrations of thirty years on the scene. On Saturday, June 7, 2025, they will be the first band to perform in Hradec Králové under the legendary "lízátky". Symbolically, they will return home to the region where they started in the past. At the same time, this will be their largest concert to date. A week later, on Saturday, June 14, 2025, fans from Moravia will also get to enjoy the open-air concert, where Chinaski will present their birthday show in Brno at the Velodrome, marking the largest Moravian concert of the band. Tickets are available for purchase on the band's website www.chinaski.cz.
