This year, fans can look forward to Jamie Campbell Bower (Vecna, Stranger Things), Danny John-Jules (Cat, Red Dwarf), Ed Speleers (Eragon, Star Trek: Picard), Rainbow San Francs (Stargate: Atlantis), Kristian Nairn as Hodor from Game of Thrones, Jessica Henwick (Marvel, Game of Thrones, Matrix Resurrections), Archie Renoux (Alien: Romulus, Light and Shadows), Franco Nero, the legend of spaghetti westerns and star of the film Django, Rob Grant, creator of the cult series Red Dwarf, and Todd Stashwick (12 Monkeys, Star Trek: Picard). Lorenzo Lamas, who played the main role in the series The Outcasts, will also be present. Last but not least, Warwick Davis, known from all the Harry Potter films. From the Czech acting scene, Martin Dejdar will arrive, who will appear in his legendary role as Ozzák from the cult series Comeback, joined by Jan Čenský and Petr Nárožný in the acting lineup.
"This year's edition is really successful – not only will Rob Grant, the creator of the legendary Red Dwarf, be there, but also Jamie Campbell Bower, known to fans as the terrifying Vecna from Stranger Things. I am also very pleased with the participation of Martin Dejdar, who will appear again after years as the iconic Ozzák. I believe that visitors will enjoy the weekend to the fullest," says Václav Pravda, the festival's program director.
There will also be a new program dedicated to the Czech criminal phenomenon Betrayers. On Saturday, as part of the Serial Killer line, screenwriter Pavel Nosek will talk about the preparation of this successful project. On Sunday, Nicole, Tuna, Johny, and director Markus Krug, who will come directly from filming the new season, will take the stage. After the discussion, there will be a signing session and photo opportunities with the finalists of the first series. Throughout the weekend, the themed room "Betrayers by Prima" will be open, featuring an interactive exhibition and a unique game. At the Infráček booth, visitors can also play the board game Betrayers.
This year, we also wanted to raise the bar and prepared an unforgettable Friday party that will connect pop culture stars with top names from the DJ scene. Fans will enjoy great mixes from the four-time "Home DJ of the Year" Roxtar, winner of Redbull 3Style, as well as a set from Kristian Nairn himself, Hodor from Game of Thrones. We will add breathtaking dance performances and a unique physics show with Tesla transformers presented by Marek Novotný and Tomáš Koudelka from ČVUT. I believe that Comic-Con will once again be unique," summarizes Pavel Renčín, marketing director of Active Radio, which organizes the event.
