Inner strength and intuition: Hana Volfová on self-love and returning to oneself

Hana Volfová underwent a profound transformation that helped her find value and strength within herself. Previously, she lived under the pressure of control over her body and performance, striving for success in an environment dominated by masculine principles – she was independent, with "sharp elbows." But instead of joy and fulfillment, this lifestyle gradually destroyed her. Today, Hana helps thousands of women find their way back to their feminine power, learn to trust their intuition, and understand that the true answers lie within themselves.

The Forgotten Power of Femininity
“I wanted to succeed, to achieve my goals, to have control over my body and life, because I believed that perfection would bring happiness,” Hana recalls her earlier years. The feeling that she needed to succeed in a world built on male values led her to overload and exhaustion. This pressure even drove her to bulimia, which became a coping mechanism for the constant stress. As she says, it was a period full of chaos as she tried to find answers everywhere around her.

A fundamental change came when she realized that the pursuit of perfection and external recognition would never bring her true peace. “I had to stop relying on what others thought of me and turn my attention inward,” Hana says. With this step, she found the key to her own happiness.

Intuition as a Compass to Fulfillment
Once Hana began to listen to her intuition, she discovered that she could live in harmony with herself and find peace. “Intuition is a compass that guides us to what is truly valuable and meaningful for us,” Hana explains. She believes that the desires and needs we feel deep within ourselves are not random – they are a guide to what we truly need. Thanks to this transformation, she now encourages women to allow themselves to listen to their own voice and not be afraid to pursue what is right for them, regardless of external pressure.

Self-Love as a Foundation
Hana's struggle with bulimia taught her that self-love is not a luxury, but a basic need. “When we allow ourselves to respect our own needs, we find the true strength and independence that no external validation can provide,” Hana explains. She challenges women to stop trying to meet others' expectations and to build on what is truly valuable to them.

Listen to Your Inner Voice
Hana believes that every woman has deep wisdom within her that is just waiting to be heard. “Our inner voice always guides us correctly,” Hana says, convinced that trust in oneself and intuition is the foundation of true freedom. When we are guided by our values, we find true peace and contentment.

Today, Hana inspires thousands of women to regain trust in their inner voice, appreciate their bodies, and discover their own strength. Through Instagram @iamhanavolfova and the program Heal&Glow, she shows that the answers we seek are deep within us. Her story reminds us that our desires are not random – they are a compass that leads us to who we truly are.
